So it's looking as though it may well be a common denominator. No I hadn't seen that so thanx :) I think its one of those things again Ros, that what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another, even when it comes to foods.I tried Evening Primrose Oil but it didn't work for me but i know alot of people who swaer by it. Healthy eating when ill is a no brainer, not so easy when you feel so ill though, because natural instinct is to want comfort food . Iithink our forced inactivity plays a big part too. But i do think eating the right foods for us can help, so i'm always trying different things, I also think my vegetarian lifestyle helps too, its all trial and error for each individual. I forwarded this to my daughter, who is suffering with M.E. She recently had lots of blood tests, and it was difficult to get her blood - collapsing vessels, etc. You are performing a great service with your blog. xoxoAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7766426067003067852.post-59748880135359108502014-05-07T08:59:39.510-07:002014-05-07T08:59:39.510-07:00Thanks once again for a great blog which is also v...Thanks once again for a great blog which is also very informative.
